 Full take-off and preparation of 

• Bills of Quantities - Elemental (BCIS), Trade packages or Contractors bespoke packages
• Builders Quants
• Contractors Bespoke Measurement

Preparing tender packages for procurement of main contractors / subcontractors for the various trade packages on construction project. 

Analysing and assessing returned tenders to ensure the best contractor is procured for the project.

 All work is carried out with full PI cover
